Local tools and temporary results
Calculator, checklist and quote-comparison inputs stay in your browser unless you explicitly submit a form. After a successful audit submission, a versioned result is stored in session storage for up to 30 minutes so the clean thank-you page can display it without putting your email, address, phone number or eligibility answers in the URL. Returning to the form uses a separate short-lived handoff only when you request contractor outreach.
Analytics and session replay
We use privacy-filtered analytics to understand categorical events such as page route, score band, project type, funnel stage and consent state. Personal form fields are masked from session replay, and analytics events are not intended to contain email addresses, property addresses, phone numbers or free-form eligibility answers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
- Generate and deliver your tailored London ARU Route Pack.
- Provide you with relevant guides (Blueprint, Compliance Playbook).
- Improve our audit tool's accuracy and user experience.
- Connect you with local ARU or construction professionals only if you explicitly opt-in via the "contractor sharing" checkbox.

- Service Providers: We use Netlify to host our site and process form submissions.
- Contractor Opt-in: If you check the box to "share my info with local contractors," we will pass your contact info and audit results to vetted local professionals who can assist with your project.
